Homeowner's Dues
Homeowner's Dues are $200.00 annually starting on 01/01/2012 and payable in the following two methods:
1. Pay in full, $200, due by February 15, 2012
2. Pay in two payments:
- $100.00 due by February 15, 2012
- $100.00 due by July 15, 2012
Invoices are delivered to each lot owner in January and again in June to any lot owner still owing.
** A one time late payment penalty of fifteen percent (15%) and interest of eighteen percent (18%) per annum (1.5% monthly) will be charged starting on February 16, 2012 for all outstanding balances.
Please notify the board if you do not receive an invoice.
Please notify the board when a sale is complete on your home so that we have the proper escrow information for settling of homeowner dues owed thru escrow and so that we may welcome our new neighbors.
